Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect only the data needed to run your account and pay you. Your credentials are never shared, your wallet addresses are stored solely to process payouts, and you can request deletion of your account data at any time from your dashboard.

1. What we collect

When you register we record the information you supply: your username, email address, password, and your preferred withdrawal coin. As you use the platform we also record the transactions you generate — deposits, withdrawals, investments, task completions, referral events and notifications.

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location data or device fingerprints beyond what is required to secure your account and prevent multi-account abuse.

2. Where your data is stored

Account data is stored on CatPTC's infrastructure and is accessible to you from any device or browser when you sign in. Server-side storage is what lets your balance, investment plans and transaction history follow you rather than being tied to a single browser.

Your credentials are stored in hashed form and are never written to logs. Wallet addresses you supply are retained only to process payouts and to satisfy the record-keeping obligations described in our Terms. Signing out of a shared device is recommended, and you may request permanent account deletion at any time.

3. How we use your data

To authenticate you and maintain your session on the platform.
To calculate and display your balance, investments, referral earnings and transaction history.
To generate the notifications that record financial events in your account.
To support the administrator review of deposits and withdrawals.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties. The only external request the member area makes is to the DiceBear avatar API to render decorative member avatars; that request contains a randomly generated seed string and no personal data about you.

5. Retention and deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request permanent deletion at any time from the dashboard, which removes your account, transaction history and notifications. Deletion is irreversible, and records we are legally required to keep for financial audit are retained for the statutory period in anonymised form.

6. Security

Deposits require manual administrator approval before any balance is credited.
Every withdrawal request is tracked with a status from submission through to resolution.
All financial events generate a permanent notification record visible to both the member and the administrator.
Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never written to logs or readable by staff.
Sessions expire automatically, and signing out immediately invalidates the active session on that device.
Do not reuse a password from another site — a unique, long password remains the single strongest protection for your account.

7. Your rights

You hold full control over your account data. You can review and update your profile, export your transaction history, and request permanent deletion at any time from your dashboard. To exercise any of these rights, or if you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, contact our support team through the contact page and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Cryptocurrency and wallet addresses

Withdrawal requests include a wallet address. A wallet address is public by nature once a transaction is broadcast, but you should still treat it as sensitive and never submit an address you do not control. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else.

9. Children

CatPTC is not intended for anyone under 18. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be removed.
